伺(si)服電(dian)機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器，因其使(shi)用場(chang)合的精(jing)(jing)密性(xing)，必須(xu)具備特殊(shu)的性(xing)能：零間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)：聯(lian)軸(zhou)器整體在傳(chuan)動過程(cheng)(cheng)中不允許有間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)，包括正向間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)以及回程(cheng)(cheng)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)；高(gao)剛性(xing)：即不允許出現傳(chuan)動的遲滯性(xing)，否則將嚴(yan)重(zhong)影響(xiang)伺(si)服馬(ma)達(da)傳(chuan)動的精(jing)(jing)度；低慣量：在保證傳(chuan)動強度的基礎(chu)之上，應盡(jin)可能降低伺(si)服馬(ma)達(da)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器的重(zhong)量；柔性(xing)：精(jing)(jing)密的伺(si)服聯(lian)軸(zhou)器，不僅要(yao)求(qiu)剛性(xing)高(gao)，同時需要(yao)吸收安裝過程(cheng)(cheng)中產生的軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)之間(jian)的偏差；其他性(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)、動平衡性(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與(yu)(yu)風機(ji)連接(jie)的(de)聯軸(zhou)器。它可以將不同機(ji)構中的(de)主動軸(zhou)和從(cong)動軸(zhou)牢牢地(di)緊密連接(jie)在一(yi)(yi)起，以此達到一(yi)(yi)同旋轉(zhuan)的(de)目(mu)的(de)，并傳遞運動機(ji)械(xie)零件(jian)，有時也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)(yu)其他零件(jian)。

風機聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)具有(you)減(jian)速、增速、變向和(he)換向等動作(zuo)以(yi)及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振的作(zuo)用(yong)。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)可分為(wei)剛性聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和(he)撓(nao)性聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)兩大類(lei)。前者不具有(you)緩沖性和(he)補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)線相對(dui)位移的能力(li)，但(dan)結(jie)構簡單，制造(zao)成本(ben)較低，裝拆、維護方便。
