扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超載或機(ji)(ji)械故障而導致(zhi)所(suo)需扭矩超過(guo)設定值時(shi)(shi)，它以打(da)滑(hua)形式限制傳動(dong)系統所(suo)傳動(dong)的扭力，打(da)滑(hua)的同時(shi)(shi)也能一個(ge)信號(hao)輸出停掉電機(ji)(ji)和減速機(ji)(ji)，當過(guo)載情形消失后自行恢復聯結。
