伺(si)服電機聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)，因(yin)其使(shi)用場合的(de)精(jing)密性(xing)(xing)，必須(xu)具(ju)備特殊的(de)性(xing)(xing)能：零間(jian)隙：聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)整體在傳動(dong)過程(cheng)中不(bu)允許有間(jian)隙，包括(kuo)正向間(jian)隙以及(ji)回程(cheng)間(jian)隙；高(gao)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)：即不(bu)允許出現傳動(dong)的(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則將嚴重影響伺(si)服馬達(da)(da)傳動(dong)的(de)精(jing)度；低慣量(liang)：在保證傳動(dong)強度的(de)基礎之(zhi)上，應(ying)盡可能降低伺(si)服馬達(da)(da)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的(de)重量(liang)；柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)：精(jing)密的(de)伺(si)服聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)，不(bu)僅要求剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)高(gao)，同時(shi)需要吸(xi)收安裝過程(cheng)中產生的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)與軸(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)偏差；其他性(xing)(xing)能：耐熱(re)性(xing)(xing)、動(dong)平衡性(xing)(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機與風(feng)機連接(jie)(jie)的聯(lian)軸器。它可以將不同(tong)機構(gou)中的主(zhu)動(dong)軸和從(cong)動(dong)軸牢牢地緊密連接(jie)(jie)在一(yi)起(qi)，以此達到一(yi)同(tong)旋轉的目的，并(bing)傳遞(di)運(yun)動(dong)機械(xie)零件，有時也用以聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)軸與其他(ta)零件。

風機(ji)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器具有減速(su)、增速(su)、變向和(he)(he)換向等動作(zuo)以及緩和(he)(he)沖(chong)擊、吸振(zhen)的(de)作(zuo)用。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器可(ke)分為剛性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器和(he)(he)撓性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器兩大類。前者不具有緩沖(chong)性(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)補償兩軸(zhou)線相(xiang)對(dui)位移的(de)能力(li)，但結構(gou)簡單，制(zhi)造(zao)成本較低，裝拆、維護方便。
