扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣泛應用于電子裝備行(xing)業(ye)、自動化(hua)生產線、輸送機行(xing)業(ye)等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超載(zai)(zai)或機(ji)(ji)械(xie)故障而導致所需扭矩超過設(she)定值時，它以打(da)滑形(xing)式(shi)限制傳動(dong)系統所傳動(dong)的扭力，打(da)滑的同(tong)時也(ye)能(neng)一個信號輸出停掉電機(ji)(ji)和減(jian)速(su)機(ji)(ji)，當過載(zai)(zai)情形(xing)消失后自行恢復聯結。
