風機聯軸器是電機與風(feng)機連(lian)接的(de)聯(lian)軸器(qi)。它可以(yi)將不同機構中的(de)主動軸和(he)從動軸牢牢地緊密連(lian)接在一(yi)起,以(yi)此達到一(yi)同旋轉(zhuan)的(de)目的(de),并傳遞運動機械零(ling)件(jian),有時(shi)也用以(yi)聯(lian)接軸與其他(ta)零(ling)件(jian)。
風機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器具有減速(su)、增速(su)、變向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等動作以(yi)及緩(huan)和沖擊、吸(xi)振的作用(yong)。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器可分(fen)為剛性聯(lian)軸(zhou)器和撓性聯(lian)軸(zhou)器兩(liang)大類(lei)。前(qian)者不具有緩(huan)沖性和補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)線相對位移的能力,但(dan)結構簡單,制(zhi)造成(cheng)本較低,裝拆(chai)、維(wei)護方便(bian)。
對輪聯軸器慣性主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)線與(yu)旋(xuan)轉軸(zhou)線之間重心(xin)(xin)位置偏心(xin)(xin)量的可(ke)能值(zhi)是平方和方根值(zhi)而決定的,主(zhu)(zhu)要由兩(liang)半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器和聯(lian)(lian)接螺(luo)栓(shuan)組(zu)成,對輪聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器軸(zhou)套(tao)孔裝配(pei)前,鏜削切(qie)割和鍵(jian)槽的修(xiu)整聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器端面和其(qi)它表(biao)面的加工(gong)等。半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器的軸(zhou)套(tao)孔有圓錐孔和圓柱(zhu)孔兩(liang)種形式,圓錐孔比(bi)圓柱(zhu)孔在(zai)工(gong)藝(yi)特性上有較(jiao)多(duo)的特點,圓錐形軸(zhou)套(tao)孔容易獲得相配(pei)合部件之間的同心(xin)(xin)。


對輪聯軸(zhou)器(qi)在(zai)工(gong)作過(guo)程中,并且會(hui)帶來燃油消耗空(kong)氣污染等后果,由于(yu)承(cheng)(cheng)受咬入(ru)沖擊動(dong)載(zai)荷,使得聯軸(zhou)器(qi)受到(dao)峰值轉矩(ju),聯軸(zhou)器(qi)承(cheng)(cheng)載(zai)能力下降,并在(zai)短時間內失效,從而直接影響其正常工(gong)作,其中的(de)(de)(de)較(jiao)薄弱環節進(jin)行替換或維修是重要(yao)和實用的(de)(de)(de)。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對半徑變位要(yao)求(qiu)較(jiao)好(hao),找耦(ou)合同心(xin)度為0.2~0.6mm,存在(zai)很大(da)困難。如果在(zai)駕駛過(guo)程中螺栓松動(dong),泵裝置的(de)(de)(de)振動(dong)和噪音可能會(hui)變大(da)。
