梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補(bu)償兩(liang)軸相對(dui)位移，減振(zhen)緩沖，結構簡單，無(wu)需(xu)潤滑維護方便等(deng)特點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚(ju)氨脂彈性體由凸形爪塊限制。

梅花形聯軸器以聚氨脂塑料為彈性元件與二半聯軸器主體緊密組合,主體以進口配方合金鋁為主。梅花型聯軸器中間聚氨脂(zhi)塑(su)料元件以(yi)獨(du)有配方配制,具有耐磨性(xing)(xing)高抗溫(wen)性(xing)(xing)好韌性(xing)(xing)強,與一般普通塑(su)膠件質量穩定耐用. 梅花(hua)型體有六瓣(ban)和八瓣(ban),根據客戶要求(qiu)定制. 固(gu)定方式有鍵槽(cao).

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.
