對(dui)輪(lun)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)在工作(zuo)(zuo)過程(cheng)中,并且(qie)會帶來燃油消(xiao)耗空氣污染等后果,由于(yu)承(cheng)受(shou)咬入(ru)沖擊動(dong)載荷,使得聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)受(shou)到(dao)峰值轉矩,聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)承(cheng)載能(neng)力下降,并在短時間(jian)內失效,從而直(zhi)接(jie)影(ying)響(xiang)其正常(chang)工作(zuo)(zuo),其中的較薄弱環節(jie)進行替換或維修是(shi)重要和實用的。聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)兩軸相對(dui)半徑變位(wei)要求較好,找耦合同(tong)心(xin)度為(wei)0.2~0.6mm,存(cun)在很大困難(nan)。如(ru)果在駕(jia)駛過程(cheng)中螺栓(shuan)松動(dong),泵(beng)裝置(zhi)的振動(dong)和噪音可(ke)能(neng)會變大。
