扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當(dang)超載或機(ji)械(xie)故(gu)障而(er)導致所需扭矩超過(guo)設定值時，它以打(da)(da)滑(hua)形(xing)式(shi)限(xian)制傳動系統所傳動的(de)扭力，打(da)(da)滑(hua)的(de)同時也能一個(ge)信號輸出停掉電機(ji)和減速機(ji)，當(dang)過(guo)載情形(xing)消失后自行恢復聯(lian)結。
