伺(si)服電(dian)機(ji)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，因其使用場(chang)合(he)的(de)精密性，必須具備特殊的(de)性能：零間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)整體在傳動(dong)(dong)過(guo)程(cheng)中不允(yun)許有間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)，包括正向(xiang)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)以及回(hui)程(cheng)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)；高(gao)剛性：即不允(yun)許出現傳動(dong)(dong)的(de)遲(chi)滯性，否(fou)則將嚴重(zhong)影響伺(si)服馬達(da)傳動(dong)(dong)的(de)精度(du)；低慣(guan)量(liang)：在保證傳動(dong)(dong)強度(du)的(de)基礎之上，應(ying)盡可能降低伺(si)服馬達(da)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)重(zhong)量(liang)；柔(rou)性：精密的(de)伺(si)服聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，不僅要(yao)求剛性高(gao)，同時需要(yao)吸收安裝(zhuang)過(guo)程(cheng)中產(chan)生的(de)軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)偏(pian)差；其他性能：耐熱性、動(dong)(dong)平(ping)衡性等。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與風機(ji)連(lian)接(jie)的(de)聯軸器。它可(ke)以將不(bu)同(tong)機(ji)構中的(de)主動軸和從動軸牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密連(lian)接(jie)在一(yi)起，以此(ci)達到一(yi)同(tong)旋轉的(de)目(mu)的(de)，并傳遞運(yun)動機(ji)械零(ling)件(jian)，有時(shi)也(ye)用(yong)以聯接(jie)軸與其(qi)他零(ling)件(jian)。

風機聯軸器(qi)(qi)具有減速(su)、增速(su)、變向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等動作以及緩(huan)和沖(chong)擊、吸振的(de)作用。聯軸器(qi)(qi)可分為剛性(xing)聯軸器(qi)(qi)和撓性(xing)聯軸器(qi)(qi)兩(liang)大(da)類(lei)。前者不具有緩(huan)沖(chong)性(xing)和補償兩(liang)軸線相對位移的(de)能力，但結構簡單，制造成本較(jiao)低，裝拆、維護方便。
