卷筒聯軸器(qi)是一種(zhong)新型撓性聯軸器(qi)，主(zhu)要用(yong)于起(qi)重設備(bei)中起(qi)升機構(gou)的(de)減速器(qi)輸出軸與鋼絲繩(sheng)卷筒的(de)聯接，也適用(yong)于其它類似的(de)既傳遞轉矩又承受徑向載荷(he)的(de)機械設備(bei)，但不能用(yong)作(zuo)需承受軸向載荷(he)的(de)傳動。

卷筒聯軸器(qi)由帶(dai)鼓(gu)形齒(chi)的(de)外(wai)(wai)齒(chi)軸套(tao)、帶(dai)聯接法蘭和內齒(chi)圈的(de)外(wai)(wai)套(tao)、帶(dai)外(wai)(wai)球(qiu)面(mian)的(de)承載(zai)環(huan)、端(duan)蓋和密封圈等組成，并設有定(ding)位(wei)磨損指針、潤(run)滑油孔和通(tong)氣(qi)孔等。

外(wai)齒軸(zhou)套和外(wai)套構(gou)成的鼓形齒式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)傳遞驅(qu)動功率(lv), 而由(you)承(cheng)載環的外(wai)球面和外(wai)套的內承(cheng)載面形成的接觸(chu)副構(gou)成自動調位(wei)的球面軸(zhou)承(cheng)，承(cheng)受徑向載荷。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)的內、外(wai)齒嚙(nie)合在(zai)油(you)浴中(zhong)工作,通過內外(wai)端蓋、密封圈防止潤滑脂泄漏(lou)。
