梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩(liang)軸相對位移，減振(zhen)緩沖，結構簡單(dan)，無(wu)需潤滑維護方便(bian)等特點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚(ju)氨(an)脂彈(dan)性體由(you)凸形爪塊限制(zhi)。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

蛇形聯(lian)軸(zhou)器共有九類型(xing)(xing)(xing)式，分別是JS罩(zhao)殼徑向安裝型(xing)(xing)(xing)（基(ji)本型(xing)(xing)(xing)）、JSB罩(zhao)殼軸(zhou)向安裝型(xing)(xing)(xing)、JSS雙(shuang)法(fa)蘭聯(lian)接型(xing)(xing)(xing)、JSD單法(fa)蘭聯(lian)接型(xing)(xing)(xing)、SJS接中間軸(zhou)型(xing)(xing)(xing)、JSG高速型(xing)(xing)(xing)、JSZ帶(dai)制動輪型(xing)(xing)(xing)、JSP帶(dai)制動盤型(xing)(xing)(xing)、JSA安全型(xing)(xing)(xing)等。

蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉(zhuan)時，是靠主動端齒面對蛇(she)簧(huang)的(de)軸(zhou)向作用力帶動從動端，來傳(chuan)遞扭(niu)(niu)矩，如此在(zai)很大程度上避(bi)免了(le)共振(zhen)現象發(fa)生，且簧(huang)片在(zai)傳(chuan)遞扭(niu)(niu)矩時所產生的(de)彈性變(bian)量，使機械系統能(neng)獲得較好的(de)減(jian)振(zhen)效果，其平(ping)均(jun)減(jian)振(zhen)率(lv)達36%以上。
