扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當(dang)(dang)超載(zai)或機(ji)(ji)械(xie)故障而導致所需扭矩超過(guo)設定(ding)值時(shi)，它以打滑形式限制傳動系(xi)統所傳動的扭力，打滑的同時(shi)也能一個信號輸出停掉電機(ji)(ji)和減速機(ji)(ji)，當(dang)(dang)過(guo)載(zai)情(qing)形消失后自行恢(hui)復聯(lian)結。
