
蛇形彈簧聯軸器是一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)結構(gou)先進的(de)(de)金屬聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器,它靠(kao)蛇(she)(she)形彈(dan)簧(huang)片來傳遞(di)扭矩,蛇(she)(she)形彈(dan)簧(huang)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器是軸(zhou)聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)傳動部(bu)件,也是一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)非常通(tong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)軸(zhou)聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)傳動部(bu)件。蛇(she)(she)簧(huang)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器承受扭矩較(jiao)大,適(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于重(zhong)型機械(xie)及通(tong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)機械(xie)場(chang)合(he)。這種(zhong)(zhong)經(jing)過特殊工藝處的(de)(de)蛇(she)(she)形彈(dan)簧(huang),具有很長(chang)的(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命 允許轉速較(jiao)高(gao),在軸(zhou)向、徑向和角向具有良好的(de)(de)補償(chang)能力。結構(gou)簡單;拆裝方便(bian),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命長(chang);減振效果好,避免了共(gong)振。
蛇形聯軸(zhou)器共有九類型式(shi),分(fen)別(bie)是(shi)JS罩殼徑向安(an)裝型(基(ji)本型)、JSB罩殼軸(zhou)向安(an)裝型、JSS雙法(fa)蘭(lan)聯接型、JSD單法(fa)蘭(lan)聯接型、SJS接中間軸(zhou)型、JSG高速型、JSZ帶制動(dong)輪型、JSP帶制動(dong)盤型、JSA安(an)全型等。
蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節,兩個半外罩,兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩,聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內,來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉時(shi)(shi),是靠主動端齒面對蛇簧(huang)的軸向(xiang)作用力帶動從動端,來傳遞(di)扭(niu)矩(ju),如此在(zai)很大程度上避免了(le)共(gong)振(zhen)(zhen)現象發(fa)生,且簧(huang)片在(zai)傳遞(di)扭(niu)矩(ju)時(shi)(shi)所產生的彈(dan)性變量,使機械(xie)系統能獲得較好的減振(zhen)(zhen)效果,其平均(jun)減振(zhen)(zhen)率達36%以上。
對輪聯軸器慣性主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)與(yu)旋轉軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)之間重心位置偏心量的(de)可能值(zhi)是平方和(he)方根值(zhi)而決定的(de),主要由(you)兩半(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和(he)聯(lian)接螺栓組成,對輪(lun)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)(kong)(kong)裝配(pei)前(qian),鏜(tang)削切割和(he)鍵(jian)槽的(de)修整聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)端(duan)面和(he)其它表面的(de)加工(gong)等。半(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)(kong)(kong)有圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)錐(zhui)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)和(he)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)柱孔(kong)(kong)(kong)兩種(zhong)形式(shi),圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)錐(zhui)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)比圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)柱孔(kong)(kong)(kong)在工(gong)藝特性上有較多的(de)特點,圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)錐(zhui)形軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)(kong)(kong)容易獲得相(xiang)配(pei)合部件之間的(de)同心。


對輪聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器在工(gong)作過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),并且會帶來燃油(you)消耗空氣污染(ran)等后(hou)果,由于承受咬(yao)入沖擊動(dong)載荷,使(shi)得(de)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器受到峰值轉矩(ju),聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器承載能(neng)力下(xia)降,并在短時間內失效,從(cong)而直接(jie)影響其正常工(gong)作,其中(zhong)的較(jiao)薄弱(ruo)環節(jie)進(jin)行替換或維修(xiu)是(shi)重要(yao)和實用的。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相(xiang)對半徑(jing)變位要(yao)求較(jiao)好,找耦合同(tong)心(xin)度為(wei)0.2~0.6mm,存在很大困難。如果在駕駛過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)螺栓松(song)動(dong),泵裝置的振動(dong)和噪音可(ke)能(neng)會變大。
