梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補(bu)償兩軸相對位移，減(jian)振緩沖(chong)，結構簡單(dan)，無需潤滑維護(hu)方(fang)便等特點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚(ju)氨脂彈性體由(you)凸形爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

對輪聯(lian)軸器(qi)在(zai)(zai)工(gong)作過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)，并且會(hui)帶(dai)來燃油消耗空氣污染(ran)等后果，由于承(cheng)受咬入(ru)沖擊動(dong)載(zai)荷(he)，使得聯(lian)軸器(qi)受到(dao)峰值轉矩，聯(lian)軸器(qi)承(cheng)載(zai)能(neng)力下降，并在(zai)(zai)短時間內失效，從而(er)直(zhi)接影響其正常工(gong)作，其中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)較薄(bo)弱環節進(jin)行替(ti)換或維修是重要和實(shi)用的(de)。聯(lian)軸器(qi)兩軸相(xiang)對半徑變位要求較好，找耦合同心度為0.2~0.6mm，存在(zai)(zai)很大困(kun)難(nan)。如果在(zai)(zai)駕駛過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)螺(luo)栓松動(dong)，泵裝置的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)和噪(zao)音可(ke)能(neng)會(hui)變大。
