彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結構緊湊，傳(chuan)遞扭矩(ju)大，使(shi)用壽命長，免(mian)維(wei)護(hu)，耐(nai)高(gao)溫，耐(nai)酸堿(jian)防(fang)腐(fu)蝕，適用于高(gao)溫高(gao)速及有腐(fu)蝕工況環境的軸系傳(chuan)動。

梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有(you)補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對(dui)位(wei)移，減(jian)振緩沖，結構(gou)簡單，無需潤滑維護方便等(deng)特(te)點(dian)。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形(xing)爪(zhua)塊限制。

梅花形聯軸器以聚氨脂塑料為彈性元件與二半聯軸器主體緊密組合,主體以進口配方合金鋁為主。梅花型聯軸器中間聚氨(an)脂塑(su)料(liao)元件(jian)以獨有配方配制,具有耐(nai)磨性(xing)(xing)高抗溫性(xing)(xing)好韌性(xing)(xing)強(qiang),與(yu)一般(ban)普(pu)通塑(su)膠件(jian)質量穩(wen)定耐(nai)用. 梅(mei)花(hua)型體有六(liu)瓣和八瓣,根據客戶要(yao)求定制. 固定方式(shi)有鍵槽.

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

對輪聯軸器慣性主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線與旋轉軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線之間(jian)重心(xin)位置偏(pian)心(xin)量的(de)(de)可能值(zhi)是平方和方根(gen)值(zhi)而決(jue)定的(de)(de)，主要(yao)由兩(liang)半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)和聯(lian)接螺栓組成，對輪(lun)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)裝配(pei)前，鏜削切(qie)割和鍵槽的(de)(de)修(xiu)整聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)端面和其它表面的(de)(de)加工(gong)等。半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)有圓錐孔(kong)和圓柱孔(kong)兩(liang)種(zhong)形式，圓錐孔(kong)比圓柱孔(kong)在工(gong)藝(yi)特性上有較多(duo)的(de)(de)特點(dian)，圓錐形軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)容易獲(huo)得相配(pei)合(he)部(bu)件(jian)之間(jian)的(de)(de)同心(xin)。

對輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)在工作過程中，并且會(hui)(hui)帶來燃油(you)消耗空氣污染(ran)等后果，由于承(cheng)受咬入沖(chong)擊動載(zai)荷，使(shi)得聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)受到峰值轉矩，聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)承(cheng)載(zai)能(neng)力下降，并在短(duan)時間內(nei)失效(xiao)，從而直接影響其(qi)正常(chang)工作，其(qi)中的(de)較薄弱(ruo)環節進行替換或維修是(shi)重要和(he)實用的(de)。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)兩軸(zhou)相對半徑變(bian)位(wei)要求較好，找耦合(he)同心度為0.2~0.6mm，存在很大困難。如果在駕(jia)駛過程中螺栓松動，泵裝置的(de)振動和(he)噪音可能(neng)會(hui)(hui)變(bian)大。
