梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補(bu)償兩軸相對位移，減振緩沖，結構簡單，無需潤滑維(wei)護方便等特點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形(xing)爪塊限(xian)制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

對輪聯軸器慣性(xing)主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)線(xian)與旋轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)線(xian)之間重(zhong)心位置(zhi)偏(pian)心量的(de)(de)可能值是平方和(he)方根值而決定(ding)的(de)(de)，主(zhu)(zhu)要由(you)兩半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器和(he)聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)螺栓組成，對輪聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器軸(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)裝配(pei)前，鏜削切割和(he)鍵(jian)槽的(de)(de)修整聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器端面(mian)(mian)和(he)其它表(biao)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)等(deng)。半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器的(de)(de)軸(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)有(you)圓錐孔(kong)(kong)(kong)和(he)圓柱孔(kong)(kong)(kong)兩種形式，圓錐孔(kong)(kong)(kong)比圓柱孔(kong)(kong)(kong)在工(gong)藝(yi)特(te)性(xing)上有(you)較多的(de)(de)特(te)點，圓錐形軸(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)容易獲得相(xiang)配(pei)合部件之間的(de)(de)同心。

對輪聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程中，并(bing)且會(hui)帶來燃油(you)消耗空氣污染等后果，由于承受(shou)咬(yao)入(ru)沖(chong)擊動(dong)載(zai)荷，使得聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)受(shou)到峰值轉矩(ju)，聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)承載(zai)能(neng)力下降，并(bing)在(zai)(zai)(zai)短時(shi)間內失效，從而直接影(ying)響(xiang)其正常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)，其中的(de)較(jiao)薄弱環(huan)節進(jin)行(xing)替(ti)換或維修是重要(yao)和實用的(de)。聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)兩軸相對半徑變(bian)位要(yao)求較(jiao)好，找耦合同心度(du)為0.2~0.6mm，存在(zai)(zai)(zai)很(hen)大困難。如果在(zai)(zai)(zai)駕駛過(guo)程中螺栓松(song)動(dong)，泵裝置的(de)振動(dong)和噪音可能(neng)會(hui)變(bian)大。
