柱銷聯軸(zhou)器(qi)是利用一端套(tao)有彈性套(tao)（橡膠材料）的柱銷，裝在兩半(ban)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)凸緣孔中，以實現兩半(ban)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)的聯接(jie)。
