蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉時，是靠主動端(duan)齒面對蛇簧的(de)軸(zhou)向作(zuo)用力帶(dai)動從動端(duan)，來傳遞扭矩，如此在很(hen)大程度上(shang)避(bi)免了共振(zhen)現象發生，且簧片在傳遞扭矩時所產(chan)生的(de)彈性(xing)變量(liang)，使(shi)機械系統能獲得(de)較(jiao)好(hao)的(de)減振(zhen)效果，其平(ping)均減振(zhen)率(lv)達(da)36%以上(shang)。
