蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉時，是靠主動(dong)端齒面對(dui)蛇簧的(de)軸向(xiang)作(zuo)用力帶動(dong)從動(dong)端，來傳遞(di)扭矩，如此在很大(da)程度上避免了共振(zhen)現象發生，且(qie)簧片在傳遞(di)扭矩時所產生的(de)彈性變量，使(shi)機械系(xi)統能(neng)獲得較(jiao)好的(de)減振(zhen)效(xiao)果(guo)，其平(ping)均(jun)減振(zhen)率(lv)達36%以上。
