柱銷聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)是利用一端套有彈(dan)性(xing)套（橡膠材料(liao)）的(de)柱銷，裝在(zai)兩半(ban)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)凸緣孔(kong)中，以實現兩半(ban)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)聯接。
