梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有(you)補償兩(liang)軸相對(dui)位移，減振緩沖，結構簡單，無(wu)需潤(run)滑維護(hu)方便等特點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形爪塊限制(zhi)。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈(dan)性(xing)柱(zhu)銷聯(lian)軸器(qi)是一(yi)種結構簡(jian)單制造容易，無(wu)需潤滑，裝拆(chai)彈(dan)性(xing)柱(zhu)銷便(bian)捷的(de)傳動基礎件，利用(yong)兩個(ge)帶法(fa)蘭孔的(de)半(ban)聯(lian)和置于起重的(de)非(fei)金(jin)屬彈(dan)性(xing)柱(zhu)銷來(lai)傳遞扭(niu)矩，適用(yong)于中(zhong)低(di)速和中(zhong)低(di)扭(niu)矩場合。

The pin gear coupling is designed with non-metallic flexible pin, two toothed semi-couplings and a toothed sleeve ring with an outer ring. It uses non-metallic flexible deformation to transfer torque and cushion shock and compensate angular displacement. The flexible pin coupling is a basic transmission parts that has simple structure, needs no lubrication, and is easy to manufacture, install and disassemble the flexible pin. It uses two semi-couplings with flange holes and a non-metallic flexible pin for crane to transmit torque, suitable for low-to-medium speed and low-to-medium torque occasions. The design of the elastic sleeve pin coupling is simple and clever in design and has wide applicability. It uses the pin with elastic sleeve to connect two semi-couplings with pin holes to realize torque transmission and larger angular compensation. 蛇形(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器共有九(jiu)類型(xing)(xing)式，分(fen)別(bie)是JS罩殼徑向安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)型(xing)(xing)（基本型(xing)(xing)）、JSB罩殼軸(zhou)向安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)型(xing)(xing)、JSS雙法蘭聯(lian)接(jie)型(xing)(xing)、JSD單法蘭聯(lian)接(jie)型(xing)(xing)、SJS接(jie)中(zhong)間軸(zhou)型(xing)(xing)、JSG高速型(xing)(xing)、JSZ帶制動(dong)輪型(xing)(xing)、JSP帶制動(dong)盤型(xing)(xing)、JSA安(an)(an)全型(xing)(xing)等。

蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉時(shi)(shi)，是靠(kao)主動端齒面對蛇簧的(de)軸向(xiang)作用(yong)力帶(dai)動從動端，來傳(chuan)遞扭(niu)矩，如此在(zai)很(hen)大程(cheng)度上避(bi)免了共振(zhen)(zhen)現(xian)象(xiang)發生(sheng)，且簧片在(zai)傳(chuan)遞扭(niu)矩時(shi)(shi)所產生(sheng)的(de)彈性變量，使(shi)機(ji)械系統(tong)能獲得較好的(de)減振(zhen)(zhen)效果，其平均減振(zhen)(zhen)率(lv)達36%以上。
