蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運(yun)轉時(shi)，是靠主動端(duan)(duan)齒(chi)面對蛇簧的(de)(de)軸向作用力帶動從動端(duan)(duan)，來(lai)傳(chuan)遞(di)扭矩(ju)(ju)，如此在(zai)很大程度上避免了共(gong)振(zhen)現(xian)象發生，且簧片在(zai)傳(chuan)遞(di)扭矩(ju)(ju)時(shi)所產生的(de)(de)彈(dan)性變量(liang)，使(shi)機械(xie)系統能獲得較好的(de)(de)減(jian)振(zhen)效果(guo)，其(qi)平均減(jian)振(zhen)率達36%以上。
