對輪聯軸器慣性主(zhu)軸(zhou)線(xian)與旋轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)線(xian)之(zhi)(zhi)間重心(xin)位置偏心(xin)量的(de)(de)可能(neng)值是平(ping)方(fang)和(he)方(fang)根值而(er)決定的(de)(de),主(zhu)要由兩半聯軸(zhou)器和(he)聯接螺栓(shuan)組成,對輪聯軸(zhou)器軸(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)裝(zhuang)配(pei)前,鏜削切割(ge)和(he)鍵槽(cao)的(de)(de)修整聯軸(zhou)器端面(mian)和(he)其它表面(mian)的(de)(de)加(jia)工等。半聯軸(zhou)器的(de)(de)軸(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)有(you)圓錐(zhui)孔(kong)(kong)和(he)圓柱(zhu)孔(kong)(kong)兩種形(xing)式,圓錐(zhui)孔(kong)(kong)比圓柱(zhu)孔(kong)(kong)在工藝特性上(shang)有(you)較多的(de)(de)特點,圓錐(zhui)形(xing)軸(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)容易獲得相配(pei)合部件之(zhi)(zhi)間的(de)(de)同(tong)心(xin)。


對輪聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程中(zhong),并且會帶來燃(ran)油消耗空氣污(wu)染等(deng)后果,由于承受咬(yao)入沖擊動載荷,使(shi)得聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)受到(dao)峰值轉矩(ju),聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)承載能(neng)力下降(jiang),并在(zai)短(duan)時(shi)間內失效(xiao),從而(er)直(zhi)接影響其正常工(gong)作(zuo),其中(zhong)的較薄弱環節進行替換或(huo)維修是重要(yao)和實用的。聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對半徑變位要(yao)求(qiu)較好,找耦合同(tong)心度為0.2~0.6mm,存(cun)在(zai)很(hen)大困難。如(ru)果在(zai)駕駛過(guo)程中(zhong)螺栓松動,泵裝置的振動和噪音(yin)可能(neng)會變大。
