彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結構緊湊，傳(chuan)遞扭(niu)矩大(da)，使用壽(shou)命長，免(mian)維(wei)護(hu)，耐高溫，耐酸堿防腐蝕，適用于高溫高速及有腐蝕工況環境的(de)軸系傳(chuan)動。

梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具(ju)有(you)補(bu)償兩軸相對位移，減振緩(huan)沖，結(jie)構簡單，無需潤(run)滑維護方便等特點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形爪塊(kuai)限制。

梅花形聯軸器以聚氨脂塑料為彈性元件與二半聯軸器主體緊密組合,主體以進口配方合金鋁為主。梅花型聯軸器中間聚氨脂塑料元件以(yi)獨(du)有(you)配方(fang)配制(zhi),具有(you)耐磨性(xing)高抗溫(wen)性(xing)好(hao)韌性(xing)強(qiang),與(yu)一般普通塑膠件質量穩定(ding)耐用. 梅花型體有(you)六瓣(ban)和八瓣(ban),根據客戶要求定(ding)制(zhi). 固定(ding)方(fang)式有(you)鍵槽(cao).

爪式聯軸器結構簡單、無需潤滑、方便維修、便于檢查、免維護，可連續長期運行。高強度聚氨酯彈性元件耐磨耐油，承載能力大，使用壽命長，安全可靠。工作穩定可靠，具有良好的減振、緩沖和電氣絕緣性能。三爪聯軸器具有較大的軸(zhou)向(xiang)、徑向(xiang)和角向(xiang)補償能力。結構簡單，徑向(xiang)尺寸小(xiao)，重量輕，轉(zhuan)動(dong)慣量小(xiao)，適(shi)用于中高速場合。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

蛇形(xing)聯(lian)軸器共(gong)有九(jiu)類型(xing)(xing)(xing)式，分別是(shi)JS罩殼徑向安裝型(xing)(xing)(xing)（基本型(xing)(xing)(xing)）、JSB罩殼軸向安裝型(xing)(xing)(xing)、JSS雙法蘭聯(lian)接(jie)型(xing)(xing)(xing)、JSD單法蘭聯(lian)接(jie)型(xing)(xing)(xing)、SJS接(jie)中間軸型(xing)(xing)(xing)、JSG高(gao)速型(xing)(xing)(xing)、JSZ帶(dai)制動輪(lun)型(xing)(xing)(xing)、JSP帶(dai)制動盤型(xing)(xing)(xing)、JSA安全型(xing)(xing)(xing)等。

蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉(zhuan)時(shi)，是靠主(zhu)動端齒面對(dui)蛇簧的(de)軸向作用力帶動從動端，來傳(chuan)遞(di)扭矩(ju)(ju)，如此在(zai)很(hen)大程度上避免了共振現象發(fa)生(sheng)，且簧片在(zai)傳(chuan)遞(di)扭矩(ju)(ju)時(shi)所產生(sheng)的(de)彈性變量，使機械系統能獲(huo)得(de)較好的(de)減振效(xiao)果，其平(ping)均(jun)減振率達36%以上。
