星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨(an)脂彈性體由凸形爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. 蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉(zhuan)時，是靠(kao)主(zhu)動(dong)端(duan)齒(chi)面(mian)對蛇(she)簧(huang)的軸(zhou)向作用(yong)力帶動(dong)從動(dong)端(duan)，來傳遞(di)扭矩(ju)，如(ru)此在很大程度上(shang)避免了(le)共(gong)振(zhen)現象發生，且(qie)簧(huang)片在傳遞(di)扭矩(ju)時所產生的彈性(xing)變量(liang)，使機械系統能(neng)獲得(de)較(jiao)好的減振(zhen)效果，其(qi)平均(jun)減振(zhen)率達36%以(yi)上(shang)。
