As the gear type flexible coupling, it can be applied into various general drive sites. Due to the special hook face drum gear design, in the definitive deviation scope, it can effectively avoid the edge stress concentration at tooth meshing, so it has outstanding radial and angular centering capacity. Moreover, it can ensure long service life. ROD series drum gear coupling is one of Rokee’s core technical products. 蛇形彈簧聯軸器是(shi)一(yi)種結構先(xian)進的金(jin)屬聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)，它靠蛇(she)(she)形(xing)彈簧(huang)(huang)(huang)片來傳遞扭(niu)矩(ju)，蛇(she)(she)形(xing)彈簧(huang)(huang)(huang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)是(shi)軸(zhou)聯(lian)接(jie)傳動部件，也是(shi)一(yi)種非常通用的軸(zhou)聯(lian)接(jie)傳動部件。蛇(she)(she)簧(huang)(huang)(huang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)承(cheng)受扭(niu)矩(ju)較大，適用于重型(xing)機械及通用機械場合。這(zhe)種經過特殊工藝處的蛇(she)(she)形(xing)彈簧(huang)(huang)(huang)，具有很長(chang)的使用壽命(ming)　允許轉速較高(gao)，在軸(zhou)向、徑向和角向具有良好的補償能力(li)。結構簡單；拆裝方便，使用壽命(ming)長(chang)；減(jian)振效(xiao)果好，避免了共(gong)振。

蛇形(xing)聯(lian)軸器(qi)共有九類型(xing)(xing)式，分別是JS罩殼徑向(xiang)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)型(xing)(xing)（基本(ben)型(xing)(xing)）、JSB罩殼軸向(xiang)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)型(xing)(xing)、JSS雙法蘭聯(lian)接型(xing)(xing)、JSD單法蘭聯(lian)接型(xing)(xing)、SJS接中間軸型(xing)(xing)、JSG高(gao)速型(xing)(xing)、JSZ帶制動(dong)輪型(xing)(xing)、JSP帶制動(dong)盤型(xing)(xing)、JSA安全(quan)型(xing)(xing)等。

蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運(yun)轉時，是靠主動(dong)端齒(chi)面對蛇簧(huang)的軸向作(zuo)用(yong)力帶動(dong)從(cong)動(dong)端，來傳遞扭矩，如此在很大程度上避免了共振現(xian)象發生(sheng)，且簧(huang)片在傳遞扭矩時所(suo)產生(sheng)的彈性變量，使機械(xie)系統能獲得較好的減振效果，其平均減振率達36%以(yi)上。
